This project focused on building and launching a brand from the ground up, spanning product development, brand creation, and the design and implementation of a Shopify website supported by integrated digital systems. The work included the execution of strategic marketing initiatives and premium brand collaborations with Land Rover New Zealand and Veuve Clicquot, alongside contributions to the Land and Water New Zealand National Science Challenge within the Food & Fibre sector. The project also extended to knowledge-sharing through guest speaker engagements at Te Papa and the Blinc Innovation Event
